Creating and managing a high growth company requires a very particular set of skills. This two day in-house course is designed for Senior Managers and Leaders who are responsible for defining the vision for growth and then will lead the development of the growth strategy.

  • Futuring – tools and techniques to facilitate a review of the longer term and bigger picture for the organisation including; Identifying Impact Factors, Identifying Opportunities and Influencing – identification of the areas that require influencing in order to support your business
  • Turning opportunities into options 
  • Selecting the right way forward for the business
  • Identifying potential risks and business impact
  • Making the vision meaningful for the rest of the business
  • Gaining commitment for action 
  • Action planning – Identifying key steps to make it happen
  • Articulating the Strategy – The key components of the five year plan
  • Communicating vision and strategy 
  • Measuring change and success 
  • Building measurement into the vision and strategy process 
  • The importance of ongoing review
