Change Management

This 2 day course has been designed to develop the skills and knowledge of managers and supervisors who are instrumental in effecting change within their companies.

Course Objectives:

The programme focuses on developing the delegate’s knowledge and understanding of the following core themes:

 

  • Understanding why organisations change
  • Communicating change and creating a positive attitude
  • Managing peoples’ reaction to change
  • Motivating people in times of change
  • Building effective teams
  • Confronting resistance and dealing with difficult situations

Delegates successfully completing this training programme will be better equipped as managers, to lead their teams through the necessary changes that will be faced by companies going into and through high growth.

 

The course is a very practical one. Delegates will be provided with the tools and techniques that they can apply effectively back in the workplace. It is designed using a facilitated “learning by doing” approach that will suit the delegates and maximise their opportunities for learning.
