Managing Innovation and Change

Once your teams start generating new business ideas, new quality initiatives or adding more value in the ways that they do their job, you’ll need talented managers to encourage and manage innovation in processes, services and products.

Two Day Managing Innovation and Change Programme

If you put your managers through the two day intensive Managing Innovation and Change programme you can expect them to come back to you:

  • Able to communicate change and create a positive attitude
  • Able to manage peoples’ reaction to change
  • Understanding leadership styles and their personal effectiveness
  • Able to motivate people in times of change
  • Able to build up trust and involve others in an innovation culture
  • Understanding why organisations change
  • Able to confront resistance and deal with difficult situations effectively

Ten Day Managing Innovation and Change Programme

A more in depth 10 day programme is also available which provides a more extensive exploration of the impact of innovation and how it can be delivered effectively to impact key business challenges.

Managers and Supervisors will:

  • Be able to put your organisation’s change programmes into perspective and gain an insight into what is happening in other companies.
  • Gain informal support from network of managers who are in a similar position to them.
  • Be given a series of tried and tested tools and techniques for managing effectively in times of change. In addition, they will receive feedback on their leadership style and identify ways of developing their effectiveness.

Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

Managing Innovation and Change is accredited by the ILM, such that delegates who successfully complete the programme will qualify to receive a Level 3 Certificate in ‘Managing Innovation and Change’ respectively.
