Innovation Leadership
This course is designed for the leaders of a business who will set the innovation agenda and give direction to employees.
The structured programme is delivered in 20 days over an eight month
period or alternatively can be adapted to a consultancy model which
better suits your specific business. It embeds the knowledge and skills
for leading innovation into your organisation and supports the
integration of innovation as a central part of your culture.
Leaders who attend this programme will develop the knowledge and
understanding of the core themes of innovation leadership and gain the
practical skills to turn theory into practice back in the business.
They will cover:

- Innovation and business strategy
- Developing the culture to stimulate innovation
- Identification and validation of potential
- Sustaining Innovation
- Practical skills for leading innovation
- The process of innovation
- Commercial realisation and market launch
- Developing the business case for commercialisation
- Measuring innovation and proven methods for business success.
In between the formal sessions, your leaders will manage an innovation project of your choice which is used as part of the assessment process for the formal qualification available at this level, the Diploma in Innovation and Change Management.
Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
Our Innovation Leadership Programme is accredited by the CMI, such that delegates who successfully complete the programme will qualify to receive a ‘Diploma in Innovation and Change Management’.
