Innovation in the Workplace

If you send your team members onto the five day Innovation in the Workplace programme, you can expect them to come back thinking in a different way.

They will be:

  • Using creative thinking to bring real ideas back into work
  • Learning what innovation is and how it applies to them
  • Understanding why finance and cost/benefit analysis principles can work along side ‘good’ ideas
  • Developing and appreciating internal and external communication methods
  • Able to implement and measure the impact of innovation
  • Understand the importance of quality and achieving continuous improvement at work.

This programme gives attendees the tools and skills to develop ideas and innovation in their roles. It also gives them a professional recognition as an innovator – the Certificate in Innovation from the ILM.

Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

Innovation in the workplace is accredited by the ILM, such that delegates who successfully complete the programme will qualify to receive a Level 2 Certificate in Innovation in the Workplace.
